Tier 2 packages start at $350 - $500 per month for a 36* month lease. Tier 2 includes:
- 1 Master Bedroom Suite (Queen Bed, Mattress and Box Spring, Side Table, Dresser and Mirror)
- 1 Guest Bedroom Suite (Queen Bed, Mattress and Box Spring, Side Table, Dresser and Mirror)
- Living Room (Sofa and Loveseat)
- Dining Table and 4 Chairs
- Cocktail Table and End Tables (3 items)
- Desk and Desk Chair (2 items)
Tier 3 packages start at $500 - $1,500 per month for a 36* month lease. Tier 3 includes:
- Dining Room Furniture – Table and 4 chairs

- Family Room Sofa, Cocktail Table and End Tables
Tier 4 packages start at $1,500 - $5,000
